Item is perfect. Nice size, nice to drink out of.
Service from Connections at Home wasn't great. One colour was out of stock and they didn't contact me to tell me. I had to contact them after a few days to see where my order was which is when they told me that it was out of stock and would be delivered when they had it in. I'd have expected an email at the very least to tell me about this and to offer an alternative. The person on the phone did sort it out when we chose a different colour and delivery was then swift.
I love the 2 retro mugs I ordered - in fact, I'm drinking out of one as I write this! It is my intention to buy the 'full set'. Well packed/protected; happy customer.
